nursing staff
We call them heroes.
Skilled workers from Kosovo and Albania
This is how it works:
1. Matching
We have a permanent pool of skilled workers and are looking for the right candidate to meet your requirements!
When selecting candidates, you have the opportunity to speak to our candidates via video call with our support in order to get to know your future employee.
2. Recognition
After a successful match, we will initiate all necessary steps to apply for recognition of your candidate's foreign qualifications. Our team will arrange all necessary documents, including translations and certifications.
In addition, our candidates receive targeted preparation for their new challenges within your company. In addition to language courses, our certified partners also offer our candidates cultural preparation courses.
3. Visa
Of course, ldpersonal medcare is also happy to assist candidates with visa applications and cultural preparation in their home country.

4. Onboarding/Mentoring
During onboarding/mentoring, we provide our clients and the candidate recruiting with a Local Coordinator (LC). The LC lives within easy reach of the new employees.
Help with problems - just a phone call away -
Our office is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm and Saturday from 10am to 4pm.
LCs organize monthly meetings with the new colleagues
from the same area and organize events,
where they can get to know people in the area.
We meet with new employees and their supervisors at least once a month, for example, for feedback sessions.
Of course, we are personally available to your employees if they need support or advice.
The Ld medcare team is truly there for you around the clock.
In addition to the Local Coordinator, there is also a 24-hour emergency number that can be contacted in case of an emergency.
This means you and your new employees can always reach someone personally in the office.
Which countries do we recruit from?
We primarily recruit our candidates from Kosovo, Albania, and Macedonia. In all three countries, we work with reputable partners: language schools and universities that have already supported our candidates for at least six months and can therefore share their recommendations and personal impressions with us.
Education & Professional Experience
Our candidates typically have both a secondary school and a university degree. Secondary school, which consists of a practical and a theoretical component, is typically a 3-4 year program. Many of our candidates have also opted for university studies and thus hold a university degree, such as a Bachelor of Nursing.
Language skills
We provide language training for your future employees in their home country. All candidates demonstrate at least B1 language skills, certified by the Goethe Institute.
Typically, candidates then receive further language training in their destination country. However, if you prefer to do this in your country of origin, we also offer the option of preparing and testing candidates for the B2 language certificate.
Adaptation course/ training deficits
To determine the equivalence of the training with the German training, a training comparison must be conducted. Our team submits the necessary application for the candidates. During a training comparison, the candidates' training is compared with the German training. This means comparing whether the training content is similar. If areas are identified that are not covered in your training, an adaptation measure (knowledge test or adaptation course) can be completed.
